Summary
This study tests whether transferring healthy gut bacteria (fecal transplant) through a tube or colonoscopy can reduce autism symptoms in 75 children aged 3-16 with moderate-to-severe autism. Kids continue their usual behavioral therapy. The main goal is to see if autism severity scores improve over 24 weeks, with safety tracked for 48 weeks.
