Summary
This study aims to understand why people with severe spondyloarthritis experience such extreme fatigue and how it relates to actual muscle function. Researchers will follow 122 patients who are starting a new targeted therapy, measuring their exercise capacity, muscle strength, and fatigue levels over time. The goal is to gather knowledge about the connection between subjective fatigue feelings and objective muscle measurements in this condition.
