NCT ID NCT05121272
First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at how doing a mental task at the same time as a physical exercise affects tiredness in healthy adults aged 18-35 and 65-90. Researchers measured changes in arm strength, anxiety, blood pressure, and fatigue using questionnaires and a special device. The goal was to understand the link between cognitive demand and physical fatigue, not to test a treatment.
