First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This small study tested a 3-month program combining nightly fasting with text-based health coaching for 40 men with prostate cancer on hormone therapy. The program was well-received, with participants showing good engagement and some improvements in weight and quality of life. However, the results were not strong enough to prove the benefits, so larger studies are needed.
