5-Minute MRI breakthrough aims to spot breast cancer faster
NCT ID NCT03927768
Summary
This study tested a new, much faster type of breast MRI scan to see if it can accurately tell the difference between cancerous and non-cancerous breast tissue. It involved 264 women who were already scheduled for a standard breast MRI as part of their care. The goal is to make breast cancer screening quicker and more accessible while maintaining high accuracy.
