Summary
This study aims to make diagnosing Alzheimer's disease faster and more accessible. It will test a nurse-led screening tool to identify eligible patients for new blood tests and brain scans, bypassing long waits for specialist appointments. The goal is to reduce the time to diagnosis from over a year to just a few months for people with early memory concerns.
