First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new type of PET/CT scan that targets a protein called FAP, which is found in many breast cancers. The goal is to see if this scan can find cancer spread more accurately than current scans, helping doctors plan better treatment. About 65 adults with newly diagnosed, high-risk breast cancer will receive the scan before and after therapy.
