Hand fan may stop Drug-Induced breathlessness in heart patients

Summary
This study tests whether using a hand fan can prevent or reduce shortness of breath caused by the heart drug ticagrelor. Researchers will enroll 110 adults with acute coronary syndrome who are starting ticagrelor for the first time. Participants will receive fan therapy, and the team will track how many develop breathing trouble within two hours of taking the medication.
