First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week family walking program called Family WISH can improve frailty, quality of life, and family functioning in teens aged 12-18 with congenital heart disease. About 104 participants will walk with family members for 20-30 minutes daily, at least 5 times a week, and track their progress. Researchers will compare them to a group that only gets a health education sheet, following up over 24 weeks.
