Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week family walking program can help teenagers with congenital heart disease feel less frail and improve their quality of life. About 104 teens aged 12-18 will walk with family members for 20-30 minutes daily, at least 5 times a week. Researchers will track changes in frailty, quality of life, and family functioning over 24 weeks.
