Summary

This study tests a 3-month digital program for teens and young adults (ages 12-21) who have overweight or obesity along with type 1 diabetes or asthma. The program uses wearable devices, personalized education, and AI to support healthy habits and mental well-being. About 280 families will participate to see if the approach is feasible and improves quality of life.
