NCT ID NCT07158944
Summary
This study is testing a coordinated family support program that combines school-based health education with targeted parental coaching to help prevent and manage childhood obesity. Researchers will work with 126 families of children aged 6-12 who have overweight or obesity, comparing the new program to standard care. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps families make healthier lifestyle choices and improves children's weight and eating habits over 12 months.
