Family help could cut stomach cancer surgery complications

Summary
This study tests whether a family-supervised program of exercise, nutrition, and psychological support during chemotherapy before stomach cancer surgery can help patients recover better. The program aims to reduce serious complications after surgery and improve recovery. Researchers will compare 90 patients who receive this program plus usual care against those who receive usual care alone.
