Summary
This study looks at whether involving the whole family can help people with type 2 diabetes in rural Kentucky improve their eating and physical activity. Researchers will work with 75 participants and their families to create a 6-month nutrition and exercise plan. The goal is to see if family support leads to better blood sugar control and weight management.
