Summary

This study surveys 150 experienced obstetricians at three major hospitals in Cairo, Egypt to understand why assisted vaginal births (using tools like forceps or vacuum) are becoming less common. The goal is to identify training gaps and other barriers so that more women can avoid unnecessary C-sections. No treatments or interventions are tested; it is purely a knowledge-gathering questionnaire.
