This study tests a treatment plan for men with prostate cancer that has spread to a few other parts of the body (oligometastatic). The treatment combines focused radiation with a hormone therapy (ADT), a drug called abiraterone, and a targeted drug called Lynparza (olaparib). The goal is to see if this combination can stop the cancer from growing for at least 24 months. About 21 men will take part in this phase 2 trial.
