Summary

This study looks at whether special cells in the eye can help predict how well people with hard-to-treat depression will respond to a brain stimulation therapy called TMS. 44 adults with treatment-resistant depression will receive TMS and have their eyes tested before and after treatment. The goal is to find a simple way to personalize depression care.
