Summary

This study tests a new type of artificial lens (PureSee) in people who need surgery for both cataracts and a cornea problem called Fuchs dystrophy. The goal is to see if this lens helps people see better at arm's length and reduces the need for glasses after surgery. Ten adults aged 40 to 90 will take part, and their vision and satisfaction will be checked for 6 months after the operation.
