Doctors use eye as 'Window to the Brain' in stroke research
NCT ID NCT04712747
Summary
This study aimed to see if a special, high-resolution eye scan could reveal details about tiny blood vessels in people who recently had a stroke. Researchers compared scans from 91 people—some with different types of stroke and some without—to look for patterns in vessel structure. The goal was to gather information that could improve our understanding of stroke, not to test a new treatment.
