New study eyes safer anesthesia for robotic cancer surgery

Summary
This study looks at how body position and the type of anesthesia used during robotic surgery for gynecologic cancer affect pressure inside the eye. About 40 women will take part. The goal is to see if using only IV anesthesia keeps eye pressure lower than standard anesthesia, which could help prevent vision problems.
