Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether applying insulin directly to the eye as a drop is safe for people with glaucoma and similar optic nerve conditions. Researchers will enroll 52 participants to use the drops for 1-2 months and closely monitor for any side effects. They will also check if the treatment helps preserve vision by measuring changes in the retina and visual field.
