Summary
This study aims to understand how retinal diseases affect vision, especially in low light. Researchers will measure how well 500 participants, including healthy people and those with conditions like retinitis pigmentosa, can see in the dark. The goal is to see if these dark-adaptation tests can help detect disease severity and track its progression over time.
