First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is observing how blood flow at the back of the eye changes after a type of retinal detachment surgery called scleral buckling. Researchers hope these observations will help them better understand other eye diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration. The study will enroll 50 adults who are having this surgery for the first time.
