First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study allowed people with certain cancers (ovarian, basal cell, or colorectal) who had already shown benefit from the drug vismodegib in earlier trials to keep receiving it. The main goal was to track safety and side effects over time. Only 19 patients took part, all of whom had previously been on vismodegib in a Genentech-sponsored study.
