Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week virtual group writing therapy can reduce PTSD symptoms in adults who also have borderline personality disorder or its traits. Participants write about their trauma using specific instructions during weekly 2-hour online sessions. The goal is to see if this approach is effective and has lower dropout rates than other PTSD treatments.
