First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer whose disease is under control after initial immunotherapy. It compares giving the same dose of immunotherapy less often versus the standard schedule. The goal is to see if the longer interval can keep the cancer in check while reducing side effects and improving quality of life. About 416 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two schedules.
