Summary
This study tests whether expressive writing—writing about your breast cancer experience for 20 minutes once a week for four weeks—can improve quality of life. About 272 newly diagnosed patients will participate, filling out questionnaires at three time points. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost activity helps people cope better emotionally.
