Summary

This study tests a simple, 3-session writing program to help sexual minority veterans cope with stress related to their identity and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. About 85 veterans who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or queer and have significant distress will participate. The goal is to see if this brief, no-medication approach is practical and helpful.
