Summary
This study looked at whether a program called expressive helping—where people write or record their thoughts and feelings—is practical and helpful for Chinese-speaking cancer patients and survivors. Sixty adults with any type of cancer took part. The goal was to see if the program could improve quality of life and whether participants found it meaningful.
