Can a specialist on call save lives during a bleeding crisis?

Summary
This study aims to find out if getting immediate advice from a blood clotting specialist improves emergency care for patients who experience severe bleeding while taking blood-thinning medications. It will compare standard emergency care against care guided by an expert's opinion. Researchers will follow 1,000 patients for three months to see which approach leads to better outcomes, like stopping the bleeding faster and preventing complications.
