Knee replacement pain study: which EXPAREL method works best?

Summary

This study compares two methods of giving the pain medicine EXPAREL during knee replacement surgery. About 40 adults will receive the medicine either as a targeted block or as a general injection around the knee. The goal is to see if both methods provide similar pain relief after surgery.
