Summary

This program provides early access to the investigational drug zidesamtinib for people with advanced ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer or other solid tumors who have run out of standard options and cannot join a clinical trial. Participants must have tried at least one prior ROS1-targeted therapy. The goal is to offer a potential treatment when no satisfactory alternatives exist.
