New drug access for Tourette's: ecopipam offered to patients before approval

Summary
This program gives children, teens, and adults aged 6 to 50 with Tourette's disorder early access to the study drug ecopipam before it is approved for sale. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and tolerable over the long term, and to see if it improves quality of life. Participants receive the drug from their own doctor and are followed with monthly visits for the first year, then every three months.
