Summary
This study provides an 84-year-old man who had a severe ischemic stroke with access to an experimental treatment using his own stem cells (HB-adMSCs). The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and may help control the damage from the stroke. The patient received the cells after the stroke, and researchers will monitor his recovery closely.
