New shot trio battles shingles nerve pain: exosomes, PRP, or steroids?

Summary

This study tests three different injections—exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and steroids—to see which best eases long-term nerve pain after shingles. 45 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months will get four treatments every two weeks. Researchers will measure pain, quality of life, and side effects for up to 6 months.
