First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This observational study looks at 100 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and fluid around the lungs. Researchers collect blood and lung fluid samples before and during standard treatment to see if tiny particles called exosomes can predict how well the therapy works. The goal is to find better ways to match patients to effective treatments.
