Summary
This study is testing whether using a robotic exoskeleton to help people with chronic spinal cord injury walk, combined with a mild electrical stimulation on the spine, can improve their muscle size and bone strength. Researchers will compare the effects of real spinal stimulation versus a sham (fake) stimulation during walking training over 9 months. The goal is to find new rehabilitation options to help prevent fractures and improve long-term health for people living with spinal cord injury.
