Video games vs traditional exercise: which better prevents falls in seniors?
NCT ID NCT07308353
Summary
This study compares two different exercise programs to see which helps older adults improve their balance and prevent falls. Thirty-six adults aged 55+ will try either interactive video game exercises (exergaming) or a standard balance training program for six weeks. Researchers will measure how well participants control their posture, process sensory information, and move safely to determine which approach works better.
