Video game workouts tested for kids with cerebral palsy

Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality exercise program, done at home with telehealth coaching, can help children with cerebral palsy become more physically active. 130 kids aged 10 to 17 will either play seated arm exercise games using a VR headset for 12 weeks or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in activity levels, heart health markers like blood pressure and cholesterol, and overall fitness.
