Video games prescribed to fight cancer treatment fatigue

Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized exercise program using video games can help people manage common side effects after head and neck cancer treatment. Researchers will enroll 150 people who have finished treatment and are struggling with fatigue or pain. One group will use a guided exergame program for 6 weeks, while a comparison group receives general health education, to see if the games improve symptoms and quality of life.
