Summary

This study tests whether playing active video games (exergames) on a Nintendo Switch can help children and teenagers with congenital heart disease become more physically active. The study will include 13 participants aged 8-18 who are stable after heart surgery. They will wear activity monitors and follow a 12-week exergame program to see if it safely increases their daily moderate-to-vigorous activity.
