Summary
This study will test whether interactive video-game exercises can improve foot muscle function, balance, and mobility in older adults. Forty healthy seniors aged 65-80 will be randomly assigned to either the exergame program or standard balance exercises for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle activity, balance, and walking ability before and after the program to see which approach works better.
