Knee pain relief: is exercise or cream better?
NCT ID NCT05827003
Summary
This study tested which approach works better for easing knee arthritis pain and stiffness: a supervised exercise program, a topical anti-inflammatory cream, or using both together. It involved 79 adults with moderate knee arthritis. Researchers measured changes in pain, walking ability, and daily function to see which treatment provided the most relief.
