Can a workout supercharge stroke recovery?

Summary
This study is testing whether doing aerobic exercise right before a virtual reality rehab game helps people recover better after a stroke. Researchers want to see if this combination improves arm movement, walking ability, mood, and thinking skills in stroke survivors. The study involves 40 Veterans who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and will compare exercise plus VR rehab against stretching plus VR rehab.
