Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-12 week aerobic exercise program could improve fitness, heart health, and quality of life in postmenopausal women who get out of breath easily during physical activity. Researchers enrolled 43 inactive women to complete 24 training sessions. They measured changes in exercise capacity, blood vessel health, and how the women felt.
