Home workouts tested to boost heart Patients' stamina

NCT ID NCT06771687

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week, home-based high-intensity interval training program can improve exercise capacity in teens and adults (ages 12-45) born with specific heart defects that required surgery to create a connection between the heart's right ventricle and lung artery. Researchers want to see if this digitally supervised exercise plan, done three times a week, helps people exercise better and feel better. They will compare an exercise group to a control group and measure fitness, heart function, blood markers, and quality of life.
