Exercise program aims to beat cancer fatigue in young men

Summary
This study tests whether a one-year supervised physical activity program can reduce long-term fatigue in men who have had chemotherapy for metastatic testicular cancer. About 236 men will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or standard recommendations. The goal is to improve quality of life and understand how exercise might help, possibly by affecting gut bacteria.
