Summary
This study tested a 12-week lifestyle physical activity program for 16 pregnant women who used cannabis at least once a week before pregnancy and wanted to stop. Participants wore a Fitbit and received coaching to increase their daily steps and activity. The goal was to see if more exercise could reduce cannabis use and improve mood and coping skills.
