First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests if starting a personalized exercise program early can prevent or reduce the joint and muscle pain that many breast cancer patients get from hormone therapy (aromatase inhibitors). About 182 postmenopausal women will be assigned to either the exercise program or usual care, and their pain levels will be compared after 6 months. The goal is to help patients stay active, feel better, and stick with their cancer treatment.
