Summary

This study tests whether a 16-week, virtually supervised exercise program can help patients with ovarian or endometrial cancer maintain leg function and reduce chemotherapy-induced nerve damage. Thirty patients who have had surgery and are starting first-line chemo will be assigned to either the exercise group or a stretching control group. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and if it improves mobility and reduces numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.
