Could a quick workout before treatment supercharge your Body's cancer fight?

NCT ID NCT05358938

Summary

This small, early-stage study is testing if doing 30 minutes of moderate exercise right before standard immunotherapy can help the treatment work better against certain skin cancers. Researchers will enroll 22 adults with melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or Merkel cell carcinoma who are starting immunotherapy for the first time. The main goals are to see if patients are willing and able to do the exercise routine and to check if it changes immune markers in the tumor.
